Chic Chat
Chic Chat is a ministry of our ladies groups that meets for a time of fellowship and to encourage one another and just have fun! They meet on Wednesdays in the Fellowship Hall at 6:45 PM. If you don’t have time for supper before the service, swing through a drive thru or brown bag it and we can all eat together.
Young at Heart Fellowship
The Young at Heart will meet Friday, November 20 at 6:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall for a Thanksgiving dinner.
Ladies Shopping Trip
All ladies are invited to meet at the church on Saturday, November 21 10:00 AM for a day of shopping in Jonesboro.
Girls Ministries Activity
The Girls Ministries are going to Triple R Ranch on Saturday, November 21 from 3:00-5:00 PM for a hayride and bonfire. There will also be pony rides and a petting zoo. The cost is $7 a person. Invite a friend!

Bridal Shower
We will honor Sara Harrell with a Bridal Shower on Tuesday, November 24 at 7:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall.
Thanksgiving Holiday
We will not have Wednesday night service or classes on Wednesday, November 25. The office will be closed Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27 for Thanksgiving. A pastor will be on call for emergencies.
Stitches of Love
Stitches of Love will meet Tuesday, December 1 at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall. If you like to sew, we would love for you to join us!
Young at Heart Trip
The Young at Heart are headed to Branson! The bus will leave Wednesday, December 2 and return on Saturday, December 5. If you would like to go, please see Sue Bramucci.
4-F Club
All adults are invited to attend the 4-F Club Christmas party on Friday, December 4 at 6:00 PM at Patricia McGarrity’s home (1506 Brentwood, West Memphis). Revolve Camping Discipleship Retreat
Instead of attending Youth Convention this year, the Revolve youth group will go to Village Creek for a weekend of camping, discipleship and tons of fun! The bus will leave the church on Friday, October 23 at 5:00 PM and return Sunday, October 25 at 12:00 PM.
New Member Recognition
We will recognize our new members in the 6:00 PM service, Sunday, October 25.
Coffee Shop
The Coffee Shop will be open Tuesday, October 27 from 9:00-11:00 AM in the Fellowship Hall. Come join us for a great time of fellowship.

This year we would like to help out families in our community during the Thanksgiving holiday with a food basket that is available through Angel Food Ministries for $36. It includes a roasting hen, boneless netted ham, frozen diced sweet potatoes, frozen corn cobbetts, frozen cranberries, ready to cook cornbread dressing, heat and serve dinner rolls, brown gravy mix and a dessert item.
The three ways to purchase one for a family in need are:
1. Order on-line at www.angelfoodministries.com to pay with a debit or credit card. (Please call the church office to notify us you have ordered one to give out.)
2. Come by the office to pay by cash or check.
3. Put money in the offering. (Please mark your envelope the money is for a Thanksgiving basket.)

WM Leadership Team Meeting

The deacons meeting is Wednesday, October 7 at 7:00 PM in Pastor Rusty’s conference room.
Revolve Camping Discipleship Retreat
Instead of Youth Convention this year, we are having our own Revolve Camping Discipleship Retreat at Village Creek! Woo Hoo! This retreat takes place Friday, October 23rd-Sunday, October 25th. We will be leaving from the church on Friday at 5:00 pm and will be returning to the church Sunday at 11:45 am. Those who are involved in band or football on Friday night may still come when you can. We will work towards having a group meet at the church after the game, if needed. This weekend costs only $25 per person. (Free for the winning team in Blitz!) The retreat consists of tent camping, worship around the bonfire, smores, various sporting games, discipleship classes, fishing, walking trails, and loads of awesomeness!
If you are planning on attending, be sure to sign up at the table in the gym. Sign-ups and the $25 are due no later than Wednesday, October 7th!

Beth Moore Conference at the FedEx Forum
Beth Moore will be at the FedEx Forum on Friday, October 9 and Saturday, October 10.You may purchase tickets on-line at www.lifeway.com. If you would like to carpool, please meet at the church Friday at 6:00 PM and Saturday at 7:30 AM. If you have any questions, please contact Laurie Adams.
Young at Heart Bake Sale
The Young at Heart will have a Bake Sale at the Crawfordsville Fall Festival on Saturday, October 10. The festival will open at 9:00 AM. If you are not able to bring your baked good to the festival, please drop it off at the Fellowship Hall on Friday, October 9 at 5:00 PM.
Homecoming Weekend
Please join us Saturday, October 10-Sunday, October 11 for a Homecoming Weekend! Saturday, we will have a reception from 4:00-6:00 PM in the Family Life Center in honor of our former pastors and staff. Sunday, there will not be an 8:00 AM service, Sunday School will begin at 9:30 AM followed with our 10:30 AM service in the Family Life Center. Our special guests will be former pastor Randy Helms, Karen, and their youngest son, Jonathan. Following the service we will have an Ole’ Time Potluck lunch at the Eugene Woods Civic Center. The church will provide the meat, rolls and drinks. If your last name begins with A-L, please bring a vegetable dish and dessert and M-Z is asked to bring a salad and dessert.

Young at Heart Bake Sale
The Young at Heart will have a Bake Sale at the Crawfordsville Fall Festival on Saturday, October 10. The festival will open at 9:00 AM. If you are not able to bring your baked good to the festival, please drop it off at the Fellowship Hall on Friday, October 9 at 5:00 PM.
Homecoming Weekend
Please join us Saturday, October 10-Sunday, October 11 for a Homecoming Weekend! Saturday, we will have a reception from 4:00-6:00 PM in the Family Life Center in honor of our former pastors and staff. Sunday, there will not be an 8:00 AM service, Sunday School will begin at 9:30 AM followed with our 10:30 AM service in the Family Life Center. Our special guests will be former pastor Randy Helms, Karen, and their youngest son, Jonathan. Following the service we will have an Ole’ Time Potluck lunch at the Eugene Woods Civic Center. The church will provide the meat, rolls and drinks. If your last name begins with A-L, please bring a vegetable dish and dessert and M-Z is asked to bring a salad and dessert.
Angel Food Orders
October Angel Food menus are available at each entrance or you may go on-line to www.angelfoodministries.com to place your order. On-line orders are due Sunday, October 11 and walk-in orders are due Monday, October 12 by 3:00 PM.
Cedar Hills Family Day
The 40 & Below Ladies group would like to invite all families to Cedar Hills Farm for a Family Day on Saturday, October 17. If you would like to attend, please contact LeeAnn Sturch by Sunday, October 11 at 901-626-9129. The cost is $8 per person plus a sack lunch. We will leave the church at 12:00 PM.
Wedding Shower
We will honor Brad Marotti and Natalie Snyder with a wedding shower on Monday, October 12 at 7:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall. They are registered at The Gift Cottage, The Pitchfork, Wal-Mart, Target and Macy’s.
Thanksgiving Community Outreach
This year we would like to help out families in our community during the Thanksgiving holiday with a food basket that is available through Angel Food Ministries for $36.
The basket includes a roasting hen, boneless netted ham, frozen diced sweet potatoes, frozen corn cobbetts, frozen cranberries, ready to cook cornbread dressing, heat and serve dinner rolls, brown gravy mix and a dessert item.

Come by the office to pay by cash or check.
Put money in the offering basket. (Please mark your envelope the money is for a Thanksgiving basket.)The deadline to order a basket is Wednesday, October 28 by 3:00 PM.
Revolve Youth Fish Fry Fundraiser
The youth are hosting a Fish Fry on Saturday, November 7 from 4:30-6:30 PM in the Family Life Center. An adult plate is $10 and a child’s plate is $5. You may substitute chicken for the fish. Buy your tickets today from any Revolve student. Thanks for supporting us and Speed the Light!
